You live according to your wishes, budget and comfort. We only have single beds and no bunk beds. There is also a one-time final cleaning fee of € 20 per room.

Flexible arrival dates
We know that it can be difficult to predict the arrival time accurately on a long journey. You can therefore arrive day and night.
They stay until the construction site is finished
And you can stay as long as you want: Only when you have completed your construction site, we will re-rent your rooms. Just tell us two days before departure.
Pay on account
You can pay in cash but also conveniently on account with bank transfer.
For a successful stay
All inklusive
Washing machine, dishwasher, internet, bed linen and towels can be used free of charge.
Individual responsibility
Every resident must pay attention to order and cleanliness and take care of the waste separation.
Service
The common areas are cleaned - except, only your employees use the property.
